The hot,dehumidified air passes through the product, keeping it in suspension, while a mixer keeps the product moving, making it as homogeneous as possible.
In practical terms this means that the product suffers less stress and therefore maintains its organoleptic characteristics.
The machine works at much lower temperatures than other technologies, ensuring a significant reduction in energy consumption and running costs.
Suitable for processing a wide range of comminuted, powdered or granulated foodstuffs, it is particularly useful in the production of dried and/or semi-dried grated cheese and in the stabilisation and deodorisation of fresh grated cheese
it can also be used for grated and dried bread, cubed and dried bread, dried fruit, dried vegetables and dried aromatic herbs.
